Information for creating a concert/event/raffle ticket
Downloading 3rd Party Templates:
NEATO offers templates to design and print your tickets for the following applications

MS Word
-
Adobe Photoshop
-
Adobe Illustrator
Right click on one of the links below that corresponds to the application you want to design in and chose "Save As". When the Save As window appears, choose a destination (My Documents, Desktop, …) to save the file and click on Save. Once the file has been downloaded, navigate to where you saved it, double click on the file and it will then open in the application you chose.
Please Note: NEATO does not provide MS Word, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. You would need to have one of these applications installed on your computer in order to use any of the above template files.

MediaFACE 5 instructions to access templates
You can use the MediaFACE 5 Download Manager to obtain the NEW Raffle Ticket Templates. Here are the steps to do so: TEMPLATES
1. Click Start > Programs > MediaFACE 5 > MediaFACE 5 Advanced Mode.
2. The select project template screen will appear. Cancel this window and click yes to close the Wizard.
3. Click TOOLS > DOWNLOAD
4. Once the screen loads (be patient, this may take some time depending on your internet connection), click the PAPER & LABEL TEMPLATES icon on the left side of the window. You will see the assortment of template files.
5. Place check marks next to the following files.
- NEATO Raffle Ticket
- NEATO Raffle Ticket and Stub
6. Click on the DOWNLOAD button at the bottom of the window.
7. You will see the progress bar going back and forth on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. As each template completes, the check mark next to each file will be removed. Once all of the check marks are gone, click close.
8. Close MediaFACE 5 and reopen it so it can reread the template files.
9. The next time you create a label, you'll see the new template (NEATO Raffle Ticket and Stub) in the Select Project Template window. PLEASE NOTE: You must have MediaFACE 5.0.40 to use the Download Manager
How to create a number sequence in MediaFACE 5
MediaFACE 5 offers the ability to automatically sequence your numbers how you want during the print out. Please click here to view the instructions on number sequencing.
How to design and print using MediaFACEonline
1.Go to www.mediaface.com and log in.
2. Select the BEER and WINE Labels icon.
3. Select the NEATO Raffle Tickets icon.
4. Using the tools on the left side of the screen, add your images, text and shapes to the template.
5. Use the thumbnail select and design a different label on the same sheet.
6. When you’re ready to print, click on the PRINT tab at the top-right side of the page, and use the print bar on the left side of the page – do not click FILE > PRINT!
