- Click the BROWSE button to locate the MediaFACE5 file on your computer. If you followed our instructions, this file will be on your Desktop or in your My Documents folder.
- Once you have located the file, left click on it to select it and then left click on the UPLOAD button to begin the upload process.
- You will know the upload was successful, when the screen reads UPLOAD COMPLETE.


If you don’t remember where you saved the file or what you named the file,

 

- Go to START > Search > For Files and Folders to open the Search Results window
- Left click on All Files and Folders
- Where it reads All or part of the file name, Enter .mfp then left click Search.
- When you see your files listed in the display window, left click on it to select it
- Once the file is selected, right click on it and choose COPY
- Close the Search Results window and then right click on your desktop and choose PASTE
- Now that your file has been copied to your desktop, you can follow the upload instructions above.

 

 

If your file is over the 10MB, you cannot upload it via your web browser. You will have to lower the size of your image files you are using in the project. We recommend that when saving an image, it is no larger than 300 dpi. (dots per inch).
