Activate the software using the serial number.

To access Mediaface Online, go to www.mediaface.com and log into your account using the email address you used when purchasing the product along with:
- Your neato.com account password if you have a NEATO account or
- Temporary password NEATO if you purchased as a GUEST

Your serial number is located in your confirmation email below the total of the order. SXX-192127 is the item number. The serial number is in this format: XXX-XXX-XX-XX |

How do I update the expiration date on a saved credit card. |

If you have a credit card saved in your NEATO account, you will not be able to change the Expiration Date when checking out. You must do this using the My Account function of neato.com.
- Make sure you are signed in then click “My Account” in the header.
- Click on “Credit Card Details” on the left.
- Your credit card(s) will be displayed.
- Click ‘Edit’.
- Make the changes to your credit card and click “Submit”.
